We're 7 Ton Groove Train. We're a blend of progressive rock/jam/jazz. We've been together since August 2004, orignally under the name, The Abstract. We feature Gable Larramore and Troy Hinkle on guitars, Trey Shell on bass, and Jackson Sibley on drums. Our main influences include: Primus, King Crimson, STS9, Umphrey's Mcgee, Weather Report, and the Residents. When we first started, our music was focused mainly on covers, but now we're starting to write our own stuff. We're still young, and learning more everyday, so keep checking in and groove on
